A while ago, our friend from Finland Victoria Nuottanen won 3rd place in the Finnish Barista Championship using our espressoblend.We are very proud of her and that she chose to use our espresso in her presentation.Congratulations to Victoria from all of us at Tim Wendelboe. Yesterday, our part time barista Chris Kolbu managed to win the Norwegian Barista Championship. Chris was very surprized to win and I think we all are in a state of shock after the announcement. Since we have recently started to sell the ever so fantastic and popular little brewing device called Aeropress, we are curious to learn the potential of this brewer.Therefore we are inviting all Aeropress brewers to compete in an unofficial Aeropress championship. We have set the date to be Sunday the 10th of February at 12.

Prior to my trip to Colombia I bought a micro lot from a farm called El Cauchito in Cauca, Colombia.The lot size was only 100kg and therefore it has taken some time to get it milled, packed and shipped to Norway. The good thing is that the green coffee is packed in vacuum sealed bags
