Our New Roastery – Part Two: The Loring

In this latest episode of Tim Wendelboe TV, I discuss with our Roaster/Project Manager Ben Symes why we chose our new Loring S35 Kestrel roaster, from our capacity needs to its precision, consistency and reduced impact on our local environment. Historically, we do quality control every Monday in the cupping room to taste all the roasts we did the previous week. In this video, we discuss differences we have seen in this process while discussing using the Loring with its ability to increase efficiency and uniformity.
