A coffee subscription personally curated by Tim.
With this coffee subscription, every month Tim will pick out his favourite coffees from our roastery in order to make sure that you receive something new and exciting every time. Freshly roasted coffee is sent out the first Wednesday of the month to all subscribers around the world. You can enjoy the coffees while watching Tim taste and talk about them in our monthly subscription tasting videos.

With Tim’s Choice Coffee Subscription you will get freshly roasted coffee delivered home to you every month. Choose roast style, how many bags you would like to receive monthly and we will make sure to send it out once a month until you change, pause or stop the subscription. You can order up to 6 bags per month – filter or espresso roast.

 

Each month Tim will choose his favourite coffees, making sure that you receive something different every time. Often he will pick something exclusive for our subscribers, it may be a micro-lot that we have purchased or a unique variety. Coffee is always roasted to order and sent out the same week, so you are guaranteed to receive freshly roasted beans.

HOW CAN I EDIT MY SUBSCRIPTION?

If you want to make any changes to your subscription you can log in to My Account – Subscriptions page, click on the “Upgrade” button and follow the usual steps as if creating a subscription order from scratch.

 

Note: In order for the changes to be reflected in your next shipment the changes must be made before your next subscription renewal date. For example, if you signed up May 24th you have to make the changes before the 24th of the month. Changes made after this will automatically be applied to the next month’s order. You can check your renewal date under “My Account” and “Subscription”.

WHEN WILL I GET CHARGED?

The first time you sign up you will get charged the day your first shipment gets sent. After this you will get charged monthly on your subscription renewal date. For example, if you signed up April 5th you will get charged when we have packed and sent your May coffee which would be May 2nd. After this you will get charged for your June coffee on May 5th and the 5th will be your subscription renewal date and the day you will get charged automatically each month. Please make sure to have sufficient funds at the beginning of that day to avoid delays. In some cases you might experience that the bank reserves the amount on your account before the actual transaction but don’t worry, this is only a reservation and you won’t get charged double.

 

HOW CAN I PAUSE / REACTIVATE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You can pause your subscription by logging in to your user and click on the “Suspend” button under your subscription. This gives you the opportunity to reactivate your subscription whenever you feel ready again.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

All prices shown are excluding shipping. The shipping cost is depending on how many bags you order and the shipping method you have chosen. The price of your shipment is calculated and added to your total during checkout. We currently use Posten for packages delivered within Norway where you can choose between normal mail without tracking or “Pick-up parcel” with tracking. International customers (sales outside of Norway) can choose between Norwegian mail service with no tracking or DHL with tracking. EU customers can only choose DHL with tracking. When we ship with DHL we send DDP, which means customs declaration, duties & taxes are included in the freight price

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY COFFEE?

Shipping with Norwegian post varies depending on where you are. Within Norway shipping times are normally 2 – 5 working days. If you have chosen DHL you will receive an email with your tracking number.

 

Norwegian Post

Norway (tracking optional): 2 – 5 days
United States: 5 – 10 days
Rest of world: 7 – 20 days
EU-countries: Not available

 

DHL

Europe: 2 – 3 days
Rest of world: 3 – 4 days

With DHL, tracking is provided.

 

Please note that because of varying degrees of lock downs due to the Covid-19 situation, deliveries outside of Norway with postal service may take anywhere from 1-6 weeks. DHL is not affected by this delay in a significant way. However this won’t affect the quality of your coffee. The bags are flushed with Nitrogen gas before they get vacuum sealed which maintains the freshness.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we are pleased to offer international shipping. Unfortunately, due to customs challenges we are not currently able to ship to Russia or Greece, but we are working on finding a solution for these countries.

 

Note: There are some countries we are only able to send to with DHL at the moment as the Norwegian postal service is not able to deliver to all countries due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Please check this website if your country is open for postal delivery with normal mail.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

You can change your shipping address by logging in to My Account – Subscription page, Click on the “Upgrade” button and follow the usual steps as creating a subscription order from scratch. On the checkout page choose the “Norwegian Post, No Tracking” option to make sure that the coffee comes straight to your mailbox.
