Better late than never! Here’s the interview I did with my good friend, Diego Campos, last summer. For those of you who don’t know, Diego is the current Colombia Barista Champion, and also my partner on the ground at Finca el Suelo, the organic coffee farm which I own next to Finca Tamana.
