Tim's notes

The Coffee Berry Fizz, our new version of our beloved Coffee berry Kombucha.

This year we have decided to make a more shelf stable product, so this is not a live fermented kombucha, but a refreshing and sparkling infusion of dried coffee berry skin and pulp, sweetened with a tiny amount of sugar. It has a refreshing taste of raisins, red berries, rose hips and red apples.

The coffee berries were produced by our friends Marysabel Caballero and Moises Herrera in Honduras and came from their famous Geisha cultivar. Best enjoyed chilled and perfect for a hot summer day.

The Coffee berry Fizz was brewed in collaboration with Flo brewery.

Marysabel Caballero and Moises Herrera are by many considered some of the best coffee producers in Honduras. Apart from quality, their main focus is improving social and environmental conditions on and around their farms.
