Your Choice – Coffee Subscription

A coffee subscription for you that know what you want. You get to choose your preferred flavour profile and receive the same style of coffee every time. The coffee is shipped within 2 business days of signing up and is always freshly roasted. See below for more information.

Not everyone wants to drink different coffees every month. If you are a person that love our Kenyan coffees or adore our sweet coffees from Finca Tamana or the Caballero family, then this subscription might be for you.

 

With the “Your choice”  coffee subscription, you will receive coffees with a similar flavour profile every time so that you never run out of your favourite coffee. By subscribing you will save on average 44 NOK per bag compared to the normal price for our coffee bags.

 

As we change our coffee selection throughout the year we are not able to send you the exact same coffee all year round, but we will try to send you the same coffee for as long as we can. When we have to change the coffees we send out, we will replace it with one that has a similar flavour profile.

To sign up to this coffee subscription, simply:
  • Choose the frequency of the deliveries – have your coffee sent to you either every 2, 3 or 4 weeks. Unlike the Tim’s Picks Subscription that ships every first Wednesday of the month, the “Your Choice” subscription will be shipped within 2 business days of signing up.
  • Choose the number of coffee bags you want – select up to six bags, either roasted for filter style brewing, espresso brewing or a combination.
  • Choose the flavour profile of your coffees – You can choose between coffees with a fresh & fruity or a rich & sweet flavour profile.
  • Subscribing to our coffee is cheaper than buying single coffee bags.
  • You don’t have to remember to order coffee. We will send it to you automatically until you decide to stop or pause the subscription.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

The shipping cost is depending on how many bags you order and the shipping method you have chosen. The price of your shipment is calculated and added to your total during checkout. We currently use Posten for packages delivered within Norway where you can choose between normal mail without tracking or “Klimanøytral parcel” with tracking. International customers (sales outside of Norway) can choose between Norwegian mail service with no tracking or DHL with tracking.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY COFFEE?

Shipping with Norwegian post varies depending on where you are. Within Norway shipping times are normally 2 – 5 working days. If you have chosen DHL you will receive an email with your tracking number. Unfortunately we cannot offer tracking with Norwegian postal service.

Sweden & Denmark: 3 – 9 days
Europe: 3 – 10 days
United States: 5 – 10 days
Rest of world: 7 – 20 days

 

With DHL, tracking is provided.

Europe: 2 – 3 days
Rest of world: 3 – 4 days

 

Please note that because of varying degrees of lock downs due to the Covid-19 situation, deliveries outside of Norway with postal service may take anywhere from 1-6 weeks. DHL is not affected by this delay in a significant way. However this won’t affect the quality of your coffee. The bags are flushed with Nitrogen gas before they get vacuum sealed which maintains the freshness.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we are pleased to offer international shipping. Unfortunately, due to customs challenges we are not currently able to ship to Russia or Greece, but we are working on finding a solution for these countries.

Note: There are some countries we are only able to send to with DHL at the moment as the Norwegian postal service is not able to deliver to all countries due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Please check this website if your country is open for postal delivery with normal mail.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

You can change your shipping address by logging in to My Account – Subscription page, Click on the “Upgrade” button and follow the usual steps as creating a subscription order from scratch. On the checkout page choose the “Pakke til bedrift” option to make sure that the coffee comes straight to your doorstep.

Note: In order for the changes to be reflected in your next shipment the changes must be made before your next subscription renewal date. Changes made after this will automatically be applied to the next order. You can check your renewal date under “My Account” and “Subscription”.

HOW CAN I EDIT MY SUBSCRIPTION?

If you want to make any changes to your subscription (such as changing the flavour profile or shipping address) you can log in to My Account – Subscriptions page, click on the “Upgrade” button.

WHEN WILL I GET CHARGED?

The first time you sign up you will get charged the day your first shipment gets sent. After this you will get charged every 2, 3 or 4 weeks depending on the subscription you chose. Please make sure to have sufficient funds at the beginning of that day to avoid delays. In some cases you might experience that the bank reserves the amount on your account before the actual transaction but don’t worry, this is only a reservation and you won’t get charged double.

HOW CAN I PAUSE / REACTIVATE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You can pause your subscription by logging in to My Account and click on the “Suspend” button under your subscription. This gives you the opportunity to reactivate your subscription whenever you feel ready again.
