Get the opportunity to taste coffees from Finca el Suelo – our very own coffee farm in Colombia – presented and served by Tim Wendelboe.

Since 2015, Tim has spent 2–3 months each year working hands-on at the farm. At this event, he’ll share personal insights, stories from the field, and his long-term vision for Finca el Suelo. You will get a behind-the-scenes look at how we grow coffee without agro-chemicals and why regenerative, biological farming is the future of coffee – both for quality and sustainability.

What to expect:

• An in depth presentation of our farm by Tim

• Tastings of unique coffees from our cultivar garden and the 2024 main harvest

• Insights into soil biology and how we’re rebuilding soil health to grow exceptional coffee naturally
