Originally from Oslo, Ingeborg’s journey has taken her through many different experiences before joining Team Wendelboe. After high school, she spent six months in Argentina learning Spanish before returning to Norway to complete her military service in the Air Force. Since then, she has studied comparative politics in Bergen, spent a year in Italy as an exchange student, and is now back in Oslo studying philosophy. During recent summers, she has also worked in the communications unit at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Before all of this, she worked at a café in the Oslo forest close to where she grew up - an early introduction to hospitality that eventually led her back behind the coffee bar.
