Alongside her studies in political science, Amèlie discovered coffee culture in Montreal and decided she wanted to explore more of this world. This eventually led her to join Team Wendelboe to learn more about the behind the scenes of specialty coffee, improve her skills in coffee making, and share moments with fellow coffee enthusiasts.

Amèlie is eager to learn and enjoys creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere around coffee. She values genuine interactions with guests and believes that good hospitality is an important part of the coffee experience.
