Coffee
All of our coffee is sold as whole beans. We don’t sell ground coffee. To be able to enjoy our coffee you need (access to) an adequate grinder.

Terms of Order
Tim Wendelboe AS reserves the right refuse any order which is deemed to have not been conducted in the correct way or where any foul play may have taken place. Tim Wendelboe AS also retains the right to not complete any order if it wishes to do so providing that the monies have not been taken or a full refund is given. By placing an order and giving credit card details on our secure server you the consumer is bound and contracted to complete the sale unless Tim Wendelboe AS decides otherwise. These terms of order in no way affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Customer rights
All our Norwegian customers are covered by Forbrukerkjøpsloven when purchasing from us online. Angrerettloven is not valid when purchasing food products that deteriorates with time. This is the case for coffee. However Angrerettloven is valid for all our non-food products. All our European customers are covered by current EU legislation.

All our prices are in Norwegian Kroner (NOK)

Shipping
We ship books worldwide and coffee domestically.

Delivery prices
Depends on weight, volume and where it needs to be shipped. Price for shipment is added when you check out of your shopping cart.

Delivery
Most items will be dispatched within 24hrs and received within 1-7 days  depending on your place of residence.
