Our 3 hour barista course is suitable for both professional baristas as well as the home barista.
During the course the students will learn the basics of espresso preparation and milk steaming techniques.
We also emphasize the importance of the equipment, maintenance and cleaning as well as the quality and understanding of the roasted coffee itself. The course involves a lot of tasting in order to make the students understand the difference between a good espresso and a really good espresso.
By the end of the course the student should be able to make good quality espresso drinks at home or in an espresso bar and have a basic understanding of what affects the quality of the espresso.
The course is held in English by our excellent barista Talor Browne and will take place in our training room in our store in Grünersgate 1 .
The maximum amount of attendees is 3 persons per course to ensure as much practical training as possible.
