Very true, and I agree that we should not be narrow. There is a wide range of acceptable flavors, even some that are edgy. And if I can expand on your last comment, we actually need the core of the &quot;story&quot; we tell about coffee to be the flavor! If we don&#039;t stay true to this, we end up with abominations, like Kopi Luwak ... -Tom</description>
