Book recommendation

Last year we got a book in the mail from Mr. Scott Rao.
Unfortunately, since the opening of Tim Wendelboe, there has not been a lot of time left for reading books.
The Professional barista’s handbook written by Scott Rao is a great read and a must for all professional as well as the espresso enthusiast.
The book describes brewing techniques to the fullest and is up to this day the most updated book on the market when it comes to espresso extraction.
